What items are eligible to be returned?

  • Items are in their original condition:  unwashed and unworn. Items not in this condition will not be accepted.

  • Items which are damaged or defective may be returned at any time.
  • Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

How long do I have to return or exchange an item I bought online?

Within 45 days of purchase by mail or to a store (1). To receive a refund for items returned by mail, items must be received at our facility within 45 days of ordering. Please allow 5-7 days for return mail.

 

How can I receive a refund for my order?

  • Refunds require proof of purchase: the shipping confirmation email or the original credit card used for the purchase.

  • The refund will be made via the same payment method that was used for your initial purchase.

  • You will receive the return confirmation via email once the return has been completed.

  • If you do not see a credit to your account within 14 days, please use this confirmation and present it to your banking institution so they may help you facilitate the process.

 

How can I ship my return?

    • 1. Identify items and begin the return process
        • To begin your return and create a return shipping label, print out the order details and order number.
    • 2. Prepare your package
        • a) Pack your return securely, and include your return shipping slip. Use original packaging if possible.
        • b) Seal package securely.
        • c) Affix your chosen carrier return shipping label to the packaging. Make sure no other tracking labels are shown.

    • Take your package to a drop off location based on the self-selected return label. Please address your package to the address below and return via UPS or Canada Post:
